The new carli smock and swimsuits are wonderfully versatile , - wear the top with or without the flexi , with or without the buttoned chest prim. Great with shorts, jeans or our new capris and wonderfully detailed with the little shoulder ties.
The classically cut one piece swimsuit again can be worn with or without buttoned chest prim and the shoulder ties.

SF design Tuscan Linen suits for men and women

This suit was released first at the Summer of Love fair last month - since the close of the fair this weekend it is now available at our mainstores - The suit comes in both a white and an oatmeal version, pants , jackets and shirts are available as separates.

The suit includes hat and matching shoes,
The jacket comes with full length sleeves or with pushed up sleeves , pants come with leg prims, the shirt comes tucked and untucked with a sculpted collar.

By request the Autumn Tweed has been brought out in 3 new rich colours - green blue and burgundy. It has also been released in a female fitting in all the colours.
Lots of options with this one , tintable sweater with tucked and untucked versions and a lower sweater on underpant layer for low rise pants.

If you're a fan of the SFD Essentials shirt you'll know all the options that come with it and how versatile it is , now its available in black with a white tintable tie. All the options of the white version - 3 styles of shirt - open, open neck and buttoned , all either tucked or untucked , 3 styles of ties - loose , open and tied, and now added 2 styles of sculpted collar scripted for resizing. Its been a summer of live music and festivals here in rl despite the bad weather and one of the highlights was the Glastonbury Extravaganza, fireworks, a picnic and live singing by Lulu and Squeeze on the friday - the feeling and kate nash on the saturday. SF Designs latest release has been loosely based on one of the outfits Lulu wore -

the Ultimate lil black dress

I happened upon an advert for the new Sex in the City movie - all 4 actresses were wearing a different version of the little black dress -. Well i certainly dont need 4 black dresses in my over full inventory but how about one with lots of options and mix and match possibilities? So I decided to design my own - the SFD ulitmate lil black dress. This outfit has 4 different bodices, 4 different skirts - 3 of which are flexi prim ( full skirt, bustle and semi transparent hankerchief skirt) and some accessories - prim bow for the base of the spine, prim drop sleeves and a prim purse. So get mixing and matching ! you can easily make 16 different dresses but knowing the creativeness of my customers im sure you'll come up with far more - how about wearing a cinch belt with it or even the underbust corset from Petite Coquine? Have fun :)

Well its not exactly springlike here in the uk so Im hoping this outfit will tempt the sun out in sl at least :)
SF Design Meadow Sweet is a dreamy outfit with a hip hung floaty skirt in 2 sizes for easier fitting. The shirt is peasant style with flexi sleeves and a beaded tie on the chest. There are glitch pants included but also some panties so if you want to show a lil leg you can. It also includes a sculpted hat with sculptie flowers. There are two things that im often asked for which ive tried to combine in this new item - 1) plain white shirts - I've been asked for them buttoned up , unbuttoned , open neck you name it lol tucked , untucked so here we have all the options,including a lower shirt on pant layer for the low rise pants . Also included are 3 flexi ties regular, loose and undone.
2) The other thing I'm often asked for is mens clothes for women - girls theres nothing stopping you! only logistics stops me putting out a lot of the mens clothes in the womens dept with female posters - the only thing you might have trouble with is prims and im happy to adjust them to female fit for anyone. Many of the male items i have on sale look great on girls and to prove it I've repackaged the guys shirt for girls and adjusted the ties for female fit. So go on girls borrow the boyfriend's shirt ;)

sf design new outfits win 2nd week round in Assignment Runway competition.

Some of you know I have been putting alot of things on hold while I've been working away on new outfits for the Assignment Runway competition ( click to see the first week. - the second coming soon - I really had no idea what i was letting myself in for !) After the first week we were asked to create first date outfits - formal, casual and sporty to be judged on Saturday 19th - the lowest score would be eliminated from the competition - the highest would be immune from elimination.
After a nail biting couple of hours I was absolutely thrilled to be told SF Designs had won this weeks task :)
So now I can release the outfits to be sold , I was so lucky to have a superb and supportive model assigned to me - Anne Daumig - so the casual date outfit i have named after her.
SF Design Annette includes jeans with rainbow patch on back pocket and rainbow beads on the prim belt tassle, black camisole top with lower option on underpant layer for a longer look and a soft white crocheted jacket with flexi sleeve option.



SF Design Rambler was the sporty date entry , a pair of walking shorts with prim cuffs, walking boots with prim sock cuffs, a pink tie dye tee and a prim sweater tied round the shoulders.

... and finally the formal date - sf Design Molto Bella a raw silk ballgown in a deep glowing red. The bodice is tight and embroidered with tiny flowers, the front of the skirt is cut away and the back flows out with a bow at the base of the spine. A pair of sf design 'elegance' sandals are included in this outfit.
